My family member used my account and purchased a product through flipkart Paylater. Leater he canceled the order but flipkart blocked my account without any intimation. After I pay the amount by link send by flipkart and they will promise me that my account will be active by 25 sep 2022.still now my account was not active and every the people from flipkart Paylater calling me and asking about pending payment. I said them that I will pay dues if any after checking my purchases in my account. No. Of times I was given answer to them but again and again they are calling about payment they don’t bother about my complaint. Literally they are harassing me by doing no of calls everyday. I am ready to pay amount after verify my account. How can I believe these guys to pay what they said. Already I was paid payment by trusting them but did not solved by problem. So pls take action on flipkart service and solve by problem. Really if there is any pending I will pay instantly after verifing my account. And Compentiate for my mental agony
