Team,

I have activated the plan of 1.50 GB/per day plan. Some day, before completing my 1.50 GB, SMS alerts come from Airtel saying you have used 100℅ data of today’s while I only reach near 1 GB. After that no internet. It happens twice within 20 day gap. I’m completely disturbed with this inconvenience. The customer care staff say that their system shows that 1500 MB is used while I’m very sure I haven’t used that but only 1100 MB with data usage reference.

Can’t think of Airtel does this intensionally but it’s causing heavily on my activities with internet.

Please do fix the issue and give me a permanent solution and make sure that it won’t repeat.
