Hello sir , on Nov I got a call from pearl service employee about a form filling job in which they give me 30000 for 1200 form in 8 days so I do accept it and send them adhar card and OTP they asked for and I thereafter was informed that it is scam so I didn’t do the work after approx 10 days I got a call from a advocate named Vinay gutha and they blackmailed me that I had signed the aggrement so I had to pay the penalty due to not being well informed I had pay them 6900 bcoz they tell me that they will make me pay in court which was 150000 . AFTER 2 DAYS , THEY SENT ME NOC I WAS HAPPY AND ALSO SAD DUE TO THE LOSS . AFTER APPROX 1 MONTH A LADY CALLED ME THAT YOU HAVE NOT PAID US FOR CLOSING THE CASE BUT PAID FOR PENALTY SO NOW U HAVE TO PAY 3900 FOR CLOSING THE CASE OR WE WILL DRAG U TO HIGH COURT . But I ignore them that day and after 1 month I got a call from a person saying u have to sign the affidavit to close the case or the case will reopen I said when I can’t come there so they ask me to pay 12500 for signing the affidavit in replace of me . This time also I ignored them . But now I m getting called from a number it’s caller id is saying it’s from advocate association. Please help.
