Mujhe kal ek call aaya tha jisme usne bola ki appne job ke liye apply kiya tha mai bola ha phir usne mujhe bola ki mai ek mail id bhej raha hoon uspe apna ek I’d proof bhej do jisse app company mai registed ho jaaoge aur company ko pata chal jaayega ki appko kaam karna hain phir mujhe ek aggrement bheja jisme likha tha ki agar maine unka kaam sahi se nahi kiya to vo registeration fees mujhe pay karni padegi kyuki vo bola tha ki 1st month ki jo salary aayegi to appki registration amount usme se deduct kar lenge, aggrement mai usne bola ek photo mai apna sign karke file add kardo aur aur ek photo bhi add kardo.
Maine raat ko iss company ke baare mai search kiya to iss company ke baare bahut case registered the aur ye mere aggrement se mujhe blackmail kar sakte hai isliye maine ye complain daal raha hoon.

Same agreement with same notary no. They r sending to all the people so dont worry they are fraud ..they can’t claim to us in court but they have sign and photo and Id proof that is risky.
Numbers are below using which they contact with me .. court should take legal action against them ..bcz they can target another people by changing company name so govt. Should trace their location.

Same with me…i am filled the 490 forms but tgen they said 429 form is correct and they told me to pay 19950 rs for correction.. Agar me nahi diya tu court ka dhamki dene laga ..woh log aise hi court ke naam pe humlogo ko blackmail kar raha hai ..isiliye humko yeh baat media me lana chahiye .

Agreement which is sent to you (as per the Image of You posted) is 100 % fraud . Don’t worry and
Don’t pay any amount if that devils ask. They cannot do any thing by using your address or a fraud agreement. just block all phone calls and avoid the mails if any from the devils just like a napkin. they are try to make fool by using some legal words and terms but don’t fall on that.
Once again note this they cannot do any thing just do only mental torturing. ( you can avoid that) Because the law is not for the fraudulent that is for the good people
don’t fall their threatening.
