My Flipkart booking ID

Airlines-  spicejet

PNR   -QCNVPW

Due to covid -19 lock down my tickets has been canceled and money goes credit shell which intimate spicejet.

Now spicejet tell me after enquiry

Contact booking agency Means Flipkart travel.

Now present i will go 13 December 2020 same passengers and 14:00 to18:00.

Please reschedule my tickets 13 December 2020 and 14:00 to 18:00 time.

I call Flipkart customer care service but no body given me correct answer this issue

Please resolve my problem as much as possible.
