I am a regular customer of Jio.I recharge time to time.But I don’t get proper connectivity of internet in my mobile.Whole the day when I wanted to use the pictures can ‘t be opened,videos are not played properly and buffers.As per my daily data plans I can’t use my data balance which I get 1.5gb per day due to this problem.I want a proper solution.I have complained about it many times.But I have not get satisfactory result yet.Ifi would not get satisfactory result this time,I would change my jio card to another card.
