I purchased the airtel sim 10 years before when the life time validity was there for incoming and out going calls. Even though I have balance of Rs 21 in my account they have cancelled the validity. This is highly unethical and cheating the customers .plz take necessary action and resolve the issue as most of the customers are facing the problems.
