The complaint is for the postpaid airtel number : 9967516233.
From 5th of May, 2020 on the above mentioned number i was facing issue of “No service”. The mail was send for the same on 5th May on 121@in.airtel.com which was replied that issue will be resolved within 8 days. The issue wasnt resolved and have to wait till 23rd to start my number.
I personally visited airtel service center on 23rd May,2020 and new sim was assigned for resolving the issue which got resolved.
I got a final bill to pay where late fee is mentioned for payment of April bill which was due till 9th of May,2020. As my number was having issue i was obviously not able to process billing procedure neither online nor offline (as service centers where closed) and for which the complaint has been raised through mail from the very first of issue.
Deducting the late fee charges was conveyed on 23rd may, 2020 to the airtel service center person which is still not deducted and calls, mails and text messages are forwarded with bill amount including late fee charges.
Kindly deduct the late fee charges and send actual valid bill as the network issue was not my personal issue due to which i havent paid the bill.
