Sir,
This is the second complaint regarding calculation of data usage. Earlier I had complained on 8th December 2020 to the company. Today also the same error has been made while calculating the data usage. Today 12.17 hours I received a message from JIO, that I have exhausted 90% of 2 GB data. i.e., I have used 1.8 GB data at 12.17 hours. And in My Jio App also, it shows that only 200 MB data balance available for today. But in my phone it shows I have used 260.6 MB of data at 1.12 PM, i.e., after a lapse of 55 minutes. I am attaching the photos of my phone screen.
When I have used only 260.6 MB data, how is that you calculate that I have used 1.8 GB data. This is the cheating that the company is doing to the customers. Requested to pl look into the matter and clear the problem.
