My bus was at 10:00am, and my point was at 9:50am. I didn’t know about the boarding point, the person call me at 9:15am just tell that the boarding point is Kashmere gate platform number 1&2. I was available on the platform number 1&2 at 9:50am. I called to the person from which they call me to ask where is the bus. But the didn’t pick the call a single time. I called them 5times. I doesn’t know that there was 2 (1&2) plateform. One is green and another one is normal. I was at normal platform and was calling to as the right boarding point but he did not inform me about the bus location and was very rude in behaviour and because of him not being cooperative I missed my bus, am a student I don’t earn money on my own, you should at least help someone for trip and update about bus. I want my refund for I missed my bus because of you guys and that guy was lying and your app tracker is also fake it showed the wrong location as it was showing that bus was there, and the operator said that bus has left already.
