I’m really sad to write this mail after 7+ years with Airtel. For one bill clarification these people are irritated me like anything, after calling multiple times to customer care & after visiting Bangalore outlet requested to your executive Mr. Shridhar Naidu, I’m completely got frustration, when I met 1st day he said manager is not there, when I called him 2nd day he said my manager birthday, when I called him 3rd day he said CEO is coming, when I called 4th day his manager said check & let you know, but nobody responded properly… Is this the way you people treat your customers??? Really ashamed of you people & services. So far I have referred many of my friends & family members to Airtel, now onwards I will not refer even 1 person. When I given business to Mr. Shridhar Naidu he was behind me for the new business but when I need service I was beginning with him.
