RESPECTED SIR,
I AM ALOK PANDEY I ORDER A SAMSUNG GALAXY F12 (Sea Green 64 GB) and AFTER HALF HOUR
I CANCELLED THE PRODUCT AND AFTER TWO DAYS I GET THE DELIVERY ( 8 march2022 ) AND THE PRODUCT IS BAD AND DEEFECTIVE AND WHENEVER I CHECK THE ORDERED IN FLIPKART APP IT SHOW THAT THE ORDER IS IN CANCELLED REQUESTED AND I CALL IN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CALL CENTER AND I ALSO A COMPLAINT EMAIL ON FLIPKART(22/03/2022) THEN THEY GIVE ME DATE (29/03/2022) AND SAID BY TEXT MESSAGE ON (29/03/2022) THAT YOUR QUERY IS SOLVED EARLIER ON (08/03/2022) AND THEY SAID YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY IS ENDED ON 15 march 2022 . AND THE PROBLEM IN PHONE IS HANGING ANDFEATURE NOT WORK PROPERLY.
Sir,kindly please show me the return button so, i replace my deffective and bad order.
