on 28-04-2-22 they have done auto loan which actually i was not in need. As soon as i saw it in app i wrote a mail to their customer service attaching screenshot and said them to cancel. and Later yesterday some person from cash pal approached me and said that was app error and requested to make only principal amount as its mistake from them and said not to submit UTR as it shows balance again.
He made me to transfer 2800*3 = 8400Rs plus 1200Rs( I paid to their app generated Bank Details and Upi Only) and today one more person approached me and saying payment is not done. And that person whom i made payment was fake. How can it be possible when i havenot paid to any individual account and its account detail generated by their app only. please help me…. where should i need to file complaint against them
