Text of Complaint by Gautam:

I’m tranfer some money 2 times in the same number but both time my transaction failed but after some time or some days my transaction is successful and my money was debited. Now my money is debited 2 time so I want my money back because it is your responsibility when my transaction is failed then you want to credit my money back in my account and i have proof both the transaction was failed and I’m trying before 2 days to contact Amazon customer care but they didn’t solve my problem. So now i want my money back as soon as possible
