Hi, I had ordered dog food for 8kgs in the name of Promise ”
Promise Adult Dog Food 8kg (4kg – Pack of 2) – 360 Degree Nutrition Dry Pet Food, Chicken Meal, Hydrolyzed Chicken Protein, 2% Salmon Oil, Dried Antarctic Krill and Starch Free Rice – Premium and Healthy Food”
It was the 3rd time im calling the Amazon Delivery, After the customer service talks, the call gets diverted to the Specialist Investigate Team. The customer representative tells me to wait for sometime to transfer my call to the Specialist Team and the customer service representative tells me to wait for 4 days and then i get a reply to them in 4hours telling that the order was delivered intact and the order was OTP based. My 5K rupees is gone now.
