I complained about Airtel data on their toll free number 198.
After that, they gave me the assurance of a validity period of 8 October at 09:00 a.m. and said , that the network will be fine after that.
After that they made me wait for 16 days.
During that time the internet was working slowly sometimes and my 16 days recharge got completely wasted.
and even after 16 days the problem still remained the same.
Then I contacted again their customer care center 29th October at 11:38 p.m. and they gave me another date and time 28th October 2024 at 03:08 a.m. Even after that the same problem persisted.
How will I recover the money I lost for recharge and who will compensate me for the wasted time ? The condition of internet remains the same as before!
