I went to the airtel store for complaining about my airtel prepaid Sim does not showing network they said recharge your sim then i recharged but even my peoblem not solve ,on the next again i went to the same store then they said your number is blocked.they one original document but i failed to submit the original one i have hard copies of documents,they bring original document then after that i left the store and bring original document but they said we cannot do anything but they said convert your prepaid to postpaid then we can do something they employee id and all , my problem still not solve yet..
