I have purchased Airtel my wifi device a week back and I found complaint in it such as not charging, less network adoption..so I went to store regarding this and they told they need to check ..I said okay.
When I next visited to take it they told it works properly, in believing their words I came home. After coming home I realized back cover can’t be put properly when I checked inside they had inserted a paper piece between battery and body of device.When I say it to them they say after inserting paper piece it started working properly .
My question is Is this is the way to treat a customer problem without any care? Dont we pay for device?
How can be such careless with customer?
