Hope you’re doing well,
I wanted to raise this complaint against Airtel Payments Bank, Fastag Services and Customer Care.
My Fast was blocked/Blacklisted on 29 June because Airtel Payments Bank services were stopped without any prior notice however i had 860 Rs in my Airtel wallet. I spoke with customer care on next day and shared necessary documents with includes my Aadhar card copy and Bank Account details, initially they did not responded anything for few days so called the customer care and asked for an update, care executive told me that we were unable to open your documents in our system hence please send in PDF format so i sent again in PDF format on May 5, they reverted that my complaint will be resolved in 7 working days but there was no response so i called customer care and asked for update, i was told to wait for 48 hours, so i waited but there was no response so i called again and was told to wait for another 48 hour so i called again today and have been told the same thing again.
This service is pathetic, whenever i am travelling through a toll i have to pay in cash which is double the normal amount.
