Hi Consumer Court,
I Hope you are doing good,
I am using AIR TEL Network form last 5 years on words,so i have a validity date of sim expiration is till December 2032,so recently i got a message from Air tel about out going and Incoming calls expiration.
That is if we did recharge with 35.00 RS the outgoing/Incoming calls facility is available for 28 days.after that we have to recharge again until we are not doing any out going /Incoming calls if we have main any balance in the account.we have to recharge again with available packs in the Air tel network.
And the main thing is i before yesterday only i done recharge with my Mobile number 8500010326, so they did not mention any condition at the time of sim purchasing,
The Air tel company recently launched this New Plan for all customers,so please think once about this pack and this type business, Due to this business lakhs of people are suffered please be think once and please raise a case once to against on AIR TEL Company
