He (so called name Vikas Patel) was post an add on OLX (AD ID 1716305414) for selling Activa scooty in Gandhinagar Gujrat. He was saying that i am a CISF army man and getting transfer so i am selling my bike in the rate 23000/-.After some negotiation he replied to sell in 21000/-Rs.For that he asked me security amount to send the the vehicle. He send a Bhim app code to pay 2000/- Rs.In hesitation i had paid that amount and after 2-3 hour he again ask for 9000 Rs as GST amount saying that his truck is in the way and after getting 9000 he will come at my address.I refused him and and discussed a lot, consequently he started abusing.His contact number is 8480534937/ 6295602735
