I am Ranbeer here I just want to know why airtel outlets are not open for emergency services in this condition. I am facing a problem of a sim card that got damaged and unable to receive OTP so that I can work from home. Tu ou should have kept 1-2outlets open in the city for the emergency services. As Idea and jio outlets are open for emergency services. Please help me resolve my problem on urgent basis. It’s a humble request to you and please do the needful as soon as possible.
