I have ordered one plus mobile phone as the mobile was defective , So I applied for refund , And Amazon scheduled a pickup 3 times but the pickup was cancelled every time and since a week I am speaking with Amazon and they are fooling is and not giving a proper solution on this , And everytime they are scheduling a pickup and cancelling the pickup and they are harassing me and not giving a proper solution . They are telling me the same thing again and again , I need help
