This company called me and offered a cellphone contract deal which I was interested in. They took my details with a promise to respond to whether I qualify for the deal. They never came back to me. I never gave permission to debit my account but now they are debiting R97.00 from my account which I don’t understand what is it for because the cellphone deal was for R399.00 per month. My problem is that I can’t stop this debited order. Kindly assist.
