I have ordered the above item and received on 24th May.Only today I could get the plumber to fix in the toilet pipe.Unfortunately both the items are defective.The hose is leaking heavily.Plumber said both are defective.we are senior citizens living in a senor citizen’s community.I am 73 and my husband is 82 and at this age we find it difficult to deal such things.we have disposed the main packing and only the inner cover is with us.This items cost 690 and we want refund for that
