DEAR Airtel Team,
It’s really disappointed that you stopped your 3g service.Many people are there who have 3g handset and your customer executive is telling to change the handset to 4g.
If airtel has so much money then with 4g sim kindly provide the 4g hanset to…If it’s so easy.
Many people are not abe to use their Internet as their handset are 3g.It’s not possible for everyone to buy a new 4g phone on the spot.
My phone is of 20k…It was 4 years old…To use your 4g sim card…should I put my phone into dustbin????
It’s really very sad news that airtel stopped the 3g service.You only think about your profit not about the people.
Please look after it…
