Had the worst booking experience of my life with this fake company. They cancelled my flight two days prior to the travel date and haven’t refunded the amount for more than two months now. I’ve been calling every week where they ask me to wait for another 5-7 business days and come up with a lame ass response that they’ve transferred my issue to the “higher priority”list and will escalate the process. EVERY and I mean EVERY customer service agent that I have had the misfortune to speak with had the exact same story to narrate. Then I happened to find out on the Indian consumer complaint forum, there are so many people who have been cheated on by #varafi .
They happen to also mock at the customers telling them to utilise their rights when threatened to have a police complaint filed against them. What a joke of a company.
