I have booked Flight Tickets in this so called Varafi on 7 & 8 December 2022 for 3.2.2023 journey. I got a phone call and email informing me that my four bookings have been aborted, and the refund would be reverse back by the same mode of payment on 31.1.2023. No refund have been reversed back to me till today (22.2.2023). I have been contacting them through phone calls and emails many times, they keep on telling me that they have reversed the refund back to me on the same day they have aborted my bookings. When i check with Google Pay Customer care Service, no reverse transaction was made from Varafi to me till today.
