Paid the abnormally high electricity bill on 25th May,2020.. I again received the next quarter bill which is also abnormally high and is to be paid before 1st Sept, 2020 .. These many months, house is vacant and how come the bill is so high when only a refrigerator is running ??
kindly try helping me find a solution and recheck ,WBSEDCL..
