in the recent Bill you charged us Rs 819 for 91 min talk on a special Number, but we are not called on any special number. we are not dialed such numbers or we are not received such calls, so pls reverse the charges immediately.
there is some mistake or confusion, so its request to clarify and reduce the same from our account, so that we will do the needful for timely payment as usual.
