I have lodge a complan for rectification of my wifi on 17 August 2021. But even after 8 days to no rectification has been carried out. I have talked to customer care nearly every day regarding this. They assured but work not done. I have talked to Ms Aisha Sheikh, Gurjeet kaur, Nagma, Aditya, Rohit and many more whose name I couldn’t recollect. These are customer executive assured me for work done but didn’t resolve the issue. After this complain if my wifi will not rectified I will further forced to route to court for this. Thanking you in anticipation.
