Complaint case Id 1189940

We had booked tickets from Panjim to Bangalore for 1st oct 2023 5 tickets.

Though the bus started on time, there has been a delay in reaching the destination. ETA was supposed to be 6:30 am on 2nd Oct in majestic Bangalore and we reached at 2:30 pm. it’s a DELAY OF ALMOST 8 HRS.

REASON FOR DELAY: Bus driver missed one of the boarding points and did not pickup 10 passengers from Goa. We had almost reached Goa Karnataka border around 9 PM and then the bus driver had to take u turn back into Goa to pick up those passengers. We left goa only at around 12 am. This wasted 6 hrs of our journey.
You can validate this with other co-passengers from the bus.

When we asked bus driver for the reason, he was harsh and giving abrupt answers.

There was no stoppage for dinner or for any nature calls and caused health issues for one of my co passenger.

This has caused a lot of mental trouble and agony amongst us and other passengers.

Complete MENTAL harassment AND US 5 passengers HAD PANICKED AS WE WERE UNSURE ABOUT WHERE ARE WE HEADING TO AND WHEN WILL REACH OUR DESTINATION.

In regard of this inconvenience caused by the guru Sai travels and no support from abhibus customer care, we expect a refund of our tickets to our payment mode directly.
