Hi ,
I had a book a Bus Ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore on 18th June 2022 of Booking Ticket ID AU5771414581on 14th June 15:23
Due to some sudden personal emergency I have to cancel the Ticket but Abhibus support Team saying as this Operator is Non Refundable for cancellation once your tickets are confirmed .
This is the new thing which we are seeing in the Abhibus First Time. This is not fair and liable to do this type of cheap tricks on customer.
Please take immediate action on Abhibus not to encourage this type of Activities like Non-refundable for Bus Bookings.
I will be loosing around 2500rs if they don’t refund as we use to see other operator bus or sites they will say cancellation charges are up to 10 to 50% depends up on time of cancellation but this Operator Morning start Travels in Abhibus are not allowing to cancel the Bus with cancellation refund.
