We had booked VKaveri travels on Abhibus from Chennai to Hyderabad on 11th of Aug 23 with booking ID: AV5741941552. The ticket said that a minibus will pick up from Koyembedu at 9:45 PM, we had to wait till 10:30 PM for minibus to arrive. we were picked up from Koyembedu at about 10:30 PM & was told that the bus is at the outskirts of Chennai, whereas we were taken in fully packed minibus till Tada, TN-AP border & minibus left us within TN border at about 12:30 AM & made us walk with the luggage all the way, where the bus was parked within AP limits. Neither Abhibus nor VKaveri travel agents answered our repeated calls, no one to guide us. The minibus staff was so rude that they abused passengers with filthy language, and even restored to cause physical abuse to passengers. The driver & conductor of the bus were not ready to answer our questions & asked us to speak to VKaveri office.
The bus was running 3 Hours late, which was stopped at the outskirts of Hyderabad (Hayatnagar) & another minibus arrived to take passengers to their destinations.
We had paid in full & booked this bus expecting that all the facilities mentioned on booking portal will be available. All most 20% of the journey was in pathetic condition minibuses & the journey was delayed by 3 hours.
This journey was a nightmare. We demand an explanation and refund from Abhibus and/or VKaveri for failing to provide service to us as promised on the booking portal.
We hope that Consumer Complaints Court will please help us in resolving this issue & setting guideline in the interest of passengers, who are losing both time & money.
