On 27th Oct I had book 2 tickets from Delhi to Katra via Abhi bus and paid 2596 and trop start late, and our dropping point will Katra moon light hotel but the bus drop at Jammu near by some highway. It will highly lead to inconvenience about person who travel in this kind of bus. Why didn’t they update at that moment while trip was start and why they didn’t send me invoice as well.i called him so many times that this is not first time I am booking bus ticket every time will find all the details but this time they didn’t provide invoice bus number and such details as we required. This is so risky and we are facing so many problem.I want full justification on it there why people make us fool like that. My old parents is travel in this bus and they have facing health issue also. They reached katra at 4pm on 28th Oct as bus was given time to reach at 9.45Am.
Highly disappointed with this I want full and satisfied answer with Abhi bus
