We have place the order to Amazon for Four seater L shape sofa cum bed with order no 171-0601615-6150755 and Amazon give shipment on 28 Feb 2021 against invoice no IN-QNEB-60834 This sofa cum bed quality is not as per details show on Amazon site , all internal material packing is not proper and some packing is open , I send request to Amazon that I want return the material after completing all procedure they send shipping address and sales return paper at my Amazon account , I call to Amazon they say that no pick up facilities in your area you send the shipment by courier at sellers address at Noida While delivery time they give the drop facilities and while return the goods they say no facilities All courier company give quote for Mumbai to Noida around Rs. 8000 to 10000.00 which not offered by us , its is almost similar price as per Sofa cum bed, they will give the courier charges after consignment reach at seller address with well condition with provide the courier bill and docket details But this amount will come in our Amazon account not our bank account or cc Means will pay by cash and Amazon give credit in Amazon account..
I request to Amazon team provide your Mumbai office pick up address i will drop my shipment to your W/H. but they say that Amazon have no W/H in Mumbai so your side send Material to seller , we have give order to Amazon not seller, so Amazon will take care for replacement or refund the money, On Invoice no ctc details of seller ,
Amazon representative team send mail to us, that no account found in Amazon site, we have send all details to Amazon team, but no reply from Amazon team about replacement of product.
Notable point.
1) Replacement support not feedback
2) No seller ctc and Mail ID not shown invoice,
3) Also Tweeter response is not properly
4) No review post on product
5) No reply from Seller
