I installed AA Credit app and applied for a loan thinking it’s a reputed app. I applied for a loan of 15000 to check if it will approve. I received 4 different payments of Rs 3010 into my bank account. There was no agreement or details on the interest rate. I was trying to contact their customer support but they don’t have any channels to get that information. 6 days passed and the people from the app are continuously calling and texting on whatsapp threatening to send malicious messages to all my contacts. They are demanding me to pay 20000 (I only received 12040) or else they will send my pictures and false messages to all my contacts.
I asked them multiple times to share their customer service number but they are refusing to share any info and are forcing me to pay the money.
