I shifted my bike from coimbatore to Chennai through A1parcel.they have scratched my bike and broke clutch.the handle bar of the bike was lifted oneside.they charged 1800rs for shifting and unloading in Chennai office they charged 189 rs . They got 200rs for packing the bike but did not pack at all.

I am Kalaiselvi S., and my father is Mr. Selvaraj. He booked the parcel from Kadayanallur to Chennai (Tambaram) on September 7, 2023, to my address. On September 9, 2023, I got a call from Tambaram A1 Parcel Service to pick up the parcel. I went to take the parcel that was not mine, and an agent from A1 Tambaram contacted the Kadayanallur A1 Parcel Service Office. On inquiry, it was found that my parcel was wrongly sent to another place. They said the parcel would reach Chennai the next day, but there has been no update. I tried to call Kadayanallur’s agent, but they were not responding in a proper manner. Apparently, I think they have lost my parcel. So please inquire about this complaint, reply to me as soon as possible, and further necessary action.

Myself Shanmugapriyan J. I am parcelled by own bike (Pulsar 150) from Vandalur location to Thanjavur destination. I got surprised and very upset the way handover was handled roughly and handover my own bike at very damaged condition.
The staffs are also not responding a proper way.
I ll attach the photo copies foe your reference and take necessary action
