My name is Koli Vasantkumar Babubhai. I had ordered a “premium shoe rack” on December 24, 2024 from Shoppers Zone and received it on December 29, 2024, but it is a wrong, fake and an entirely different product.
On their Shoppers Zone website where I read its description and saw the product’s picture, it was saying that it had the capacity to hold 50 pairs of shoes but the rack that I received is way too small. The product’s picture and description on the website and the actual product that I have received are completely different.
and they don’t provide a proper bill of this product. so that’s why I wanted to return the product and get my refund. but their email id is not correct and it show email address not found. it’s a complete fraud, so u’ve take action against them and i want my money back. i write this email address contact@shopperszone.co.in, but it say this domain coudn’t found.
