Last night I placed a Rs3000 bet on Basketball
3rd Quarter Points Under50.5 and the score was 28-17 I won the bet but they didn’t put the money in my account my that bet slip was seen GREEN won in the Betting History page after 2hrs they just put my Rs3000 stake money back in my account and saying the bet is cancel refund Because it was placed Rs3009 stake Rs8.18 was advancebet init thats why they refund after that I spoke to the Customer Support live chat they said the winning return amount will be added to your account in some time but it never added to my account I asked them 100 times but they’re repeating same thing the money will be added to your account shortly after couple of hours again I asked to The Customer Support live chat but then they didn’t reply and till now they’re not replying.
One more thing Last Week I make a Withdrawal of PKR2500 from Bank Transfer to Jazzcash but I just received PKR500 I spoke to the Customer Support about it he said that your complaint is fwd to the Banking Team next day I again ask the Customer Support he suggest me to write an email and Screenshots to [email protected] so I ďid and no reply from them than 3rd day I sent them another email with the fully details but no reply from them they rob my Rs2000 and a winning bet return of Rs2335 its a Total PKR4335.
