I would like to place my dis-satisfaction about the recent communication that I had with your team.
Forget attending to the problem the Senior Team Member at your helpline was extremely disrespectful in the way she was talking to me. If this is the way you train your employees to talk to people , I’m afraid soon Airtel will lose onto its many valuable customers.
2 months back i was provided with wrong information from your helpdesk and when i complaint about it , Miss Manju kumari Sahu the Senior Team Member from your organisation had some very nasty things to say to me. I suggest if you could track down to the voice bracket please do so by my number +919818717997.
My problem still remains unresolved.
I hope someone their at your team would take an action and help me resolve this issue.
