Good day, my name is Elijah Ofosu I run a POS Machant business in Lagos I made a transaction to the account number 8545709892 sterling bank with the name RACEOVA Nigeria limited on the 19th day of may 2023 time was 14:45 pm. The transaction was successful from my end which the other party said they didn’t receive the money after some hours of the transaction i immediately called my bank to confirm if it went through which they said it did I also called sterling bank to confirm the transaction too they said they can’t produce a customer account to any person apart from the customer him/her self so I did call the number for days now and they have not been picking my calls nor returning them please I would love you to assist me in this because I have made the same transaction twice which is a lost to my end please I would be grateful if my complain is met.
