Amazon guarantees it’s third party sales in a way. If you can’t get satisfaction they have an A to Z policy which guarantees help. I had problem’s with a company I asked Amazon to file claim. As a Prime customer you would think they’d send out policy changes. A customer is no longer protected against third party sellers. Only the sellers according to the rep I talk to through chat can use this method. So if the third party seller doesn’t want to help you with a product you bought from them through Amazon your stuck
