I have received a threatening message from Quick Loan that

Hello dear customer, your *Quick Loan* loan is due today! ! ! Please repay in time to avoid overdue, overdue we will contact your family. Please maintain a good credit repayment rating will help you get a higher loan amount and more concessions.
We hope you can resolve it peacefully, which is the best outcome.
Urgent, important❗ : After payment, please must upload 12-digit UTR, otherwise the payment is invalid.

But I haven’t taken any loan from Quick Loan then how can I responsible for this one sir/madam.. please help me.
