There is a lady Shweta Katavakar who has blackmailed my client for 2.5 years just for telling a temple name KaryaSidhi Anjaneya
Her claim is that
By telling that temple name she has done a very big favour , a favour of lifetime on my client and she should own her entire life to that lady. Taking the temple name that lady called my client “Ehsaan Faramosh” closely resembling to ungrateful.
We have all the proofs of her blackmailing in her whatsapp chats where in every 5th day, she is taking that temple name to blackmail my client. She said I told you temple name now give me money.
When we have discussed the same with temple priest he clearly shared that this comes under blackmailing and destroying the sanctity of a temple. Its inhuman immoral and unprofessional to blackmail someone like this for his lifetime.
Its good that matter came to court and her truth of blackmailing exposed else this lady had planned to blackmail my client on this temple name for his whole life.
Even High court judge has called this a blackmailing
Even if you have told a temple name it does not mean you get the right to blackmail my client. Your job in simplilearn is saved when my client purchased a fake course for you of 31000, We have all evidences including bank statements , receipts.
My client has done so many favours on her including money of abount 4.5 lakh with all evidences in terms of bank statements and bills but still this lady continued to blackmail her taking temple name. That is playing with someone sentiments.
God help hardworking people. My client works hard. She does night shift and earn money.
This is our final complaint in addition to complaint submitted by temple priest in nearby police station of that city.
Her constant blackmailing has impacted mental health of my client very badly including an irreparable damage to reputation of the temple which are build for public welfare
we are recommending her to stop blackmailing people on this temple name

Several reports indicate that she is involved in a scheme where she claims ownership of temple mantras and coerces people into purchasing courses under threat, reportedly involving as many as 43 other crimes. These allegations span over a few years and have caused considerable distress among those affected, prompting calls for legal action against her and urging both Simplilearn and the temple authorities to take necessary measures
