I have ordered 5 litter pressure cooker from amezon on 15Oct. The cooker was delivered on 17 Oct with an invoice with 15 days prior order date, different order number, different customer name and lower price. What I could see the item has been rejected by the customer and the same item has been sold with higher price. Another major concern is hygiene – this item was handled by multiple people for multiple deliveries during the pandemic period. I had raised a complaint by calling customer service and I had been told that complaint is filed and will take 5-7 working days. Even after 1 month, I did not get any feedback. When I called customer service again to understand the resolution of my complaint – the customer service people were hesitant to mention that complaint was not at all registered. After multiple followups – they confirmed that the complainant was actually registered as a feedback and they don’t have any process to track the action taken. This is highly dissatisfactory experience. Need a prompt resolution of my complaint.
