I was on a vacation in Goa and an agent approached us and took us to a seminar where Mr. Jayesh and Nidhi told us about a company called Royal Club International which sells holiday vacations. They made promises that they provide 7 days vacation in a year in 4 star and 5 star hotels. They showed us their company name on ministry of affairs website. It looked legitimate company to me and I purchased their membership worth 70000 on 13-12-2022.
I came to home and researched about the company and found many complaints about the company being fraud and doesn’t provide any services post payment. I also became suspicious about the company and called the agent to cancel my membership on the same day (13-12-2022). They said they will refund my money within 48 hours. But It has been 5 days and they haven’t given my refund. Their agents have switched off their numbers and their customer support is always busy.
I have all the reason to believe this company is fraud. Their agents make false promises to tourist and do not provide any services.
The company name is Royals Club International(A unit of Royals Timeshare India Limited) and their website is www.royalsclubinternational.com.
Please take strict action against this company as this is ruining tourists experience in Goa.
