I have ordered the gift on Dec 13 2023. I asked when will be the delivery on. They shared a image stating that estimated date on 27th dec 2023. I reconfirmed is that possible before 27th dec. Because 27th is my husband’s birthday so only I’m ordering this I said. They replied yes possible. I paid partial payment of rs 770 on 16th dec and I’m still waiting for the order… There’s no response for WhatsApp messages and calls for past 3days.. really I believed their words but it seems like fraud selling.. I want my amount 770rs to be returned atleast.. help me to refund the money .
