I ordered a saree from ethinkmania.com they have gave a wrong saree and it looks very old. When I made a SMS it has reached to them but they haven’t saw the message. When I whatsapp them they haven’t read the message carefully and told to your address then we wrote that we have got a wrong saree after that when we told that when we call you your phones it says that you are busy for some time to tell that that was gone to them but still they haven’t seen that. Please take the action regarding this.
