I ordered a mobile phone ( Nefon A50) with website shopmymobile.in of rupees 3899.11 payment by online PayU Pvt Ltd through payment ID 427327247 for Frankie enterprises. This transaction took place on 29/04/2021 at 15:51. No order ID details came on my email and mobile on successful transaction. Then I wanted to cancel the order but such option did not come. Contacted on given mobile number which was switched off. Send an email on given email but no response came. I searched on internet found fake and fraud. My hard earned money lost due to fake website. Please take action against fake and fraud company and website which are Frankie enterprises, www.shopmymobile.in. Please do the needful action against fake and fraud, Help me to get back hard earned money. Thanking you.
